Making A Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and JCB. Should any item be out of stock you will be contacted and can wait for stock, select an alternative item or a full refund. You may send your credit card information via fax (order form available on the website at the 'Psalmgear Store' page), snail mail or over the Internet. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please see the section on Credit Card security.
We can accept orders for payment by invoice from public authorities by prior arrangement. Please contact us. Please note that any purchase made from this site is subject to English law regardless of purchaser location or delivery destination. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel unable to fulfil for any reason, even if accepted on the website.
Shipping And Handling POST & PACKING FREE for First Class postage, regardless of order size, for delivery within the UK. Orders for first class delivery within mainland Europe and Scandinavia are charged at £2 plus VAT per box ordered for up to 4 boxes, then £0.50 plus VAT for each additional box. For shipping to the Rest of the World (this includes areas within Eastern Europe) please contact us by email or fax for a quote include shipping to your location. Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 5 business days, subject to availability. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Back Orders If the item you order is out of stock we will notify you by email and/or telephone. You will be offered the following 3 options: 1) An alternative box or colour, subject to availability 2) to wait for the item to come back into stock, and we will try to give as accurate estimate of re-stocking as possible 3) A full refund You are free to choose which of these you prefer.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. This site is protected by 128 bit encryption. Rugged Peak do not hold any credit card numbers on this site, or on our servers or terminals as all transactions are handled by a third party credit card processing company (Worldpay) who have advanced security systems. When you enter their site to finish the transaction the SSL padlock will appear on your browser to confirm that the connection is secure.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, and if returned undamaged within this period a full refund will be made. In the extremely unlikely event of product failure we will provide an identical product upon receipt of the damaged item or a full refund. Should an identical product not be available a product of similar value and specification may be substituted.
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO CHECK THE WATERPROOFING QUALITIES OF THE ITEMS SUPPLIED PRIOR TO USE AND REGULARLY THEREAFTER. RUGGED PEAK DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ITEMS CONTAINED IN ANY CASE. This is particularly important for oPod cases which have a design limit of 3 FEET UNDERWATER. Liability for iPod or other electronic devices damaged by water ingress is not accepted. If you do no accept these terms simply return the product UNOPENED for a full refund.
Third party liabilities are specifically excluded. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected. Malicious or deliberate damage, or damage caused by extreme use outside the design parameters is excluded from any guarantee or warranty.
